Why This Role Matters

This is a senior individual contributor mandate within a leading multinational financial technology organisation focused on Enterprise Payments and Cards Issuing & Processing platforms.

This is a pure new business (“hunter”) role, focused on originating and closing strategic, multi-year enterprise deals with Tier-1 and Tier-2 banking institutions across Central & Eastern Europe.

The role is designed for a commercially strong sales professional operating across complex, multi-country environments, with full ownership of deals from origination through to closure.

This is a front-line revenue role, not account management or expansion.

The Mandate

  • Drive new logo acquisition across Central & Eastern Europe
  • Primary focus on Poland, with coverage across Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Slovenia
  • Originate and close multi-year, high-value enterprise deals across payments and cards platforms
  • Own a significant individual revenue quota aligned to new business growth
  • Lead complex, multi-country enterprise sales cycles
  • Engage at C-level and C-1 across regional banking institutions
  • Operate as the deal lead across internal and client stakeholders
  • Orchestrate internal teams across Presales, Product, Delivery and Leadership
  • Navigate commercial, procurement and contractual processes
  • Maintain ownership from origination → negotiation → closure

The Profile Sought

  • Proven senior enterprise sales executive (individual contributor)
  • Strong track record in pure new business acquisition (hunter role)
  • Experience across Enterprise Payments and/or Cards Issuing & Processing (CMS)
  • Established exposure to CEE banking markets (Poland as a key hub)
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-year enterprise deals
  • Ability to operate independently in a greenfield territory
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability
  • Credibility engaging senior banking stakeholders
  • Polish strongly preferred; Czech advantageous; English required
  • Willingness to travel across the region
