Core Banking Market Authority – Regional Sales Manager (APAC)

A global financial technology leader is seeking a Singapore-based Core Banking Market Authority to originate and close enterprise Core Banking platform deals across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

This is a senior, Director-level individual contributor mandate within the Sales organisation, combining recognised Core Banking domain credibility with full regional revenue ownership.


The Mandate

This role is designed for a commercially disciplined Core Banking specialist who can:

• Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, COOs and Heads of Transformation
• Engage banks on full core replacement and modular modernisation strategies
• Translate Core Banking architecture discussions into structured commercial opportunities
• Originate and close complex enterprise Core Banking platform deals
• Compete directly against established Tier-1 Core Banking vendors
• Navigate sophisticated, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles

The position carries a 50/50 revenue structure and is supported by presales, solution architects and consulting teams.

This is not a delivery or implementation mandate.
This is a quota-carrying enterprise sales role requiring both market stature and closing capability.


Ideal Profile

We are seeking a Core Banking platform specialist who:

• Is recognised within the Core Banking ecosystem for domain credibility
• Has personally originated and closed large-scale Core Banking platform deals
• Demonstrates strong functional understanding of deposits, product configuration, integration architecture and phased migration strategies
• Maintains senior executive connectivity across APAC banks
• Has represented a Core Banking platform in executive discussions, industry forums or thought leadership settings
• Combines strategic authority with disciplined commercial execution

Candidates must be currently based in Singapore and legally authorised to work without requiring new employment sponsorship.


Compensation Structure

• 50/50 OTE structure
• Uncapped earnings potential
• Commission on a single mega-deal can reach up to USD 500K
• Backed by strong enterprise infrastructure


Relevant Technology & Industry Exposure

Experience in enterprise Core Banking platforms such as:

FIS, Fiserv, Temenos, Finastra, Oracle Banking (Flexcube), TCS BaNCS, Infosys Finacle, Intellect Design Arena, Avaloq, SAP Fioneer, Thought Machine, Mambu, 10x Banking, Sopra Banking Software, or comparable enterprise Core Banking providers.
