Why This Role Is Unique

This is a high-impact enterprise sales leadership mandate covering Singapore and Japan, focused on driving growth within complex transaction banking environments.

You will lead long-cycle, multi-stakeholder sales processes into Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks — navigating structured decision-making frameworks, consensus-driven governance models, and multi-level approvals typical of large financial institutions, particularly in Japan.

This is not a transactional sales role.
It requires patience, cultural intelligence, and the ability to build trust from operational teams through to C-suite executives.

What You Will Own

  • End-to-end enterprise sales responsibility across Singapore and Japan

  • Development of new logo opportunities and strategic bank relationships

  • Navigation of long-cycle, consensus-driven enterprise sales processes

  • Engagement with senior banking executives and operational stakeholders

  • Structured pipeline governance and executive reporting

  • Collaboration with Presales, Product, Delivery and Regional Leadership


What Makes You a Strong Fit

✔ 10+ years enterprise banking technology or transaction banking sales
✔ Demonstrated hunter mindset with complex deal ownership
✔ Experience selling into large financial institutions
✔ Comfortable with long sales cycles (12–24 months)
✔ Ability to build trust across all organisational layers
✔ Strong team player within matrix organisations

Highly Valued (But Not Mandatory)

  • Exposure to Japanese banks or financial institutions

  • Experience operating in culturally structured enterprise environments

  • Background in Trade Finance or transaction banking systems

  • Track record closing USD 1–5M+ deals
