This role sits at the intersection of commercial digital banking, cash management, payments, and client solutioning, enabling banks and financial institutions to modernise how they serve business and corporate clients.

Unlike a pure sales role, this mandate is focused on the presales and solution consulting layer – helping shape client requirements, position platform capabilities, support complex opportunities, and translate business needs into compelling solution narratives.

The mandate is urgent, highly visible, and aligned to strategic growth across APAC.

The Mandate

You will support regional sales engagements across corporate digital banking / transaction banking platforms, with a focus on helping banks modernise their commercial and business banking channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with Sales teams throughout the presales cycle for corporate digital banking opportunities
  • Engage banks and financial institutions to understand requirements across commercial banking, cash management, payments, treasury services, and business digital channels
  • Position digital banking solutions covering business online and mobile banking, payments initiation, approvals and reporting, cash management and treasury services, and corporate channels / portals for business and treasury clients
  • Deliver solution presentations, demonstrations, and client-facing workshops tailored to business, operational, and technology stakeholders
  • Support RFIs, RFPs, and client proposals by translating requirements into clear solution positioning and business value
  • Act as a bridge between clients, Sales, Product, and Solution teams, providing market feedback and customer insights
  • Provide competitive, market, and industry intelligence to strengthen solution positioning across APAC
  • Develop presales enablement materials, use cases, and internal training content to support commercial banking opportunities
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing across Sales and cross-functional teams on evolving client expectations and industry-specific requirements
  • Support strategic deal shaping across ASEAN, Hong Kong, and Taiwan in collaboration with regional and in-country teams

The Profile Sought

We are seeking a strong presales, solution consulting, or client-facing advisory professional with exposure to banking technology and transaction banking environments.

Ideal experience includes:

  • Proven experience in presales, solution consulting, business consulting, or client-facing advisory within banking, fintech, or financial technology
  • Strong understanding of one or more of the following areas: corporate digital banking platforms, commercial / business online banking, transaction banking, cash management, payments initiation and reporting, treasury services, or liquidity management
  • Ability to translate complex platform capabilities into clear, business-focused messaging
  • Experience supporting RFI / RFP responses, client demonstrations, workshops, or solution presentations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, and client-side business teams
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior banking stakeholders including Head of Transaction Banking, Head of Cash Management, Digital Banking leaders, Treasury / Corporate Banking leadership, and Operations or Technology stakeholders
  • Regional exposure across APAC markets preferred, particularly ASEAN, Hong Kong, and Taiwan
  • Strong English communication skills; additional Asian languages advantageous

Relevant Technology & Industry Exposure

Experience with corporate digital banking, transaction banking, cash management, payments, or treasury platforms from vendors such as:

FIS, Finastra, Temenos, Oracle, Intellect Design Arena, Backbase, EdgeVerve / Finacle, Tata Consultancy Services / BaNCS, ACI Worldwide, Fiserv, Infosys, SAP, and other corporate digital banking / transaction banking solution providers.
