The Opportunity

ANKH Executive has been exclusively retained to appoint a Senior Sales Manager for a globally established, Swiss-headquartered banking technology provider, recognised for its end-to-end private banking and wealth management platform.

This is a senior individual contributor (IC) role, focused on driving new business acquisition and expanding strategic relationships across France and Monaco.

The organisation is a long-standing and highly reputable provider within the private banking, wealth management, and asset servicing space, operating in direct competition with leading platform vendors across Europe.

Private banks and wealth managers across France and Monaco are actively investing in core platform renewal, digital client experience, and front-to-back integration.

This role is positioned at the centre of that transformation — engaging senior stakeholders and driving complex, high-value platform sales into one of the most relationship-driven banking markets in Europe.


The Mandate

You will take ownership of sales across France & Monaco, with responsibility for:

• Driving new logo acquisition within private banks, wealth managers, and financial institutions
• Building and expanding C-level relationships (CIO, COO, Heads of Private Banking, Digital Leadership)
• Leading end-to-end enterprise sales cycles (origination → qualification → negotiation → closure)
• Identifying and developing strategic opportunities within a competitive and mature market
• Positioning front-to-back banking platforms (core, portfolio management, digital banking)
• Leading client presentations, demonstrations, and commercial negotiations
• Coordinating internal stakeholders across pre-sales, product, and executive leadership
• Managing complex, multi-stakeholder deal environments (typically €1M+ TCV)


The Profile Sought

We are looking for a senior, commercially driven sales professional, with:

8–15+ years of enterprise sales experience within banking technology, fintech, or consulting
• Strong experience within private banking / wealth management solutions
• Demonstrated success in new business hunting and deal closure
• Track record delivering complex, high-value software/platform deals
• Established network across France / Monaco financial services market
• Ability to operate credibly at C-level
• Strong commercial ownership and accountability for revenue

💡 Candidates from the banking side will be considered, provided they demonstrate clear sales capability and commercial track record


Relevant Technology & Industry Exposure

We are targeting candidates with experience in software solution providers selling wealth management, private banking, and core banking platforms, particularly those active across France and Monaco, including:

Core Banking & Private Banking Platforms:
ERI Bancaire, Temenos, Avaloq, Sopra Banking Software, Finastra, Oracle

Wealth / Portfolio Management & Digital Platforms:
SimCorp, SS&C Technologies, FNZ, Objectway, InvestCloud


Reporting Line

• Direct reporting to Paris-based Director (Site Lead)
• Functional reporting to International Sales Leadership
