The Opportunity
This is not a typical presales role.
This is a front-line, client-facing position supporting complex enterprise payments deals across APAC, with direct exposure to Tier 1 banking clients and senior stakeholders.
You will operate as a trusted advisor across business and technology, working alongside senior sales leadership to shape and influence deal outcomes across cross-border, B2B and bank-to-bank payment environments.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, product and client engagement — not a back-office presales function.
The Mandate
- Lead client-facing presales engagements across enterprise payments platforms
- Engage directly with Tier 1 banks across APAC in complex deal environments
- Drive discovery across business, functional and solution requirements
- Deliver high-impact presentations, workshops and solution demonstrations
- Support and lead RFI / RFP responses across functional and technical domains
- Work with product, engineering and delivery teams to shape solution positioning
- Contribute directly to deal strategy, value articulation and client confidence
The Profile
- Strong experience in enterprise payments (cross-border, B2B, bank-to-bank, SWIFT, high-value / high-volume flows)
- Proven experience supporting complex enterprise software sales to banks
- Exceptional client presentation and stakeholder engagement capability
- Ability to translate complex solutions into clear, commercial value
- Comfort operating across both business and technology stakeholders
- Experience supporting structured sales cycles (RFI / RFP, deal qualification)
- Strong technical understanding of payments architecture, integration and APIs
- Ability to engage credibly with client architecture and engineering teams
- Experience across platforms, integration layers and enterprise solution environments
